FAQs

What do I need to know about Live Stream?

We recommend scheduling your live stream classes in advance...but if you want to join in after class has started you absolutely can! Just click Sign Up on the schedule and you will find your link in all of the following ways:

1. Immediately after signing up, you will receive an email with the link to class.

2. You will be emailed the link again 45 minutes prior to the start of class. 

3. You can find the links to any and all classes you have signed up for in your Account (once you are logged in) under 'Bookings'.

  • Live Stream classes are held via Zoom platform

  • Be sure to sign in a few minutes before the start of class to ensure everything is ready for us to move together! The microphones will be enabled up until the start of class to say hi to your fellow community members.

 

  • Your video camera is an option to enable at any time. You are free to choose how you would like to interact in any class you take.
     

  • We want to note that it is helpful to see you during class, as we can better coach and provide real time feedback, and create the in-person class experience from afar!
     

  • Pre class prep: click on the class name to see the description of what to expect, along with a list of optional equipment that may be used to enhance your workout. Your instructor will specify what optional equipment will be used at the start of each class. 

When will I get the link to access my Live Stream class?

3 ways you will receive your live stream link to join any class you sign up for: 

1. Immediately after signing up, you will receive an email with the link to class.

What if I can’t find the email?

  • Check your spam.
     

  • Update settings in your member profile to ensure you receive emails from us.

Do I need equipment?

Please check the class descriptions for any equipment you will need.  

In-Person Classes:

At this time, live Classes are limited to special seasonal events when we can be outdoors. These events will be posted in the weekly schedule when they happen. 

Video On Demand:

Video on Demand classes are available anytime and anywhere you wish to join in!

 

Find Video on Demand in the main menu and login with your username and password to access your full library of classes to get your move on! 

All videos are available via any device and enabled to have the option to mirror, screen share or air play to any smart device that is compatible.

 

We recommend you have a strong signal/internet to avoid interruptions.

 

If you experience any technical issues before or during your Live Stream or Video on Demand class, please email us at askus@themoveforgood.com right away and we will do our best to identify and assist so you can enjoy your class experience. 

Is there a Move For Good Mobile App?

We are currently in the process of creating a mobile app...stay tuned! For now, all features are accessible via any device through our website.

Do you offer Drop In class options? 

We DO INDEED!

 

You have the options to commit as little or as much as you desire. You may rent most of the On Demand classes that range from $5-$10 and available to enjoy for 48-hours.

We also offer a 7-day $20 unlimited (live stream+on demand) class pass to join in when you are on the go, in need of some at-home options, or just need to shake up your routine.
